Children should be active throughout the day when possible replace sedentary behavior with activity.

School-age children and youth (6-17 years) should aim to get at least 60 minutes a day of moderate to vigorous-intensity activity. They can divide the time into

But, Get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic exercise per week (or a combination of both) and preferably spread throughout the week.
Move More, Sit Less

Increase the intensity
Although, It is best to do a medium-high intensity aerobic exercise. Your heart will beat faster, and you will breathe harder than average. But, As you become more active, increase the time or intensity for more benefits.
Similarly, Include moderate-high intensity muscle-strengthening activities (such as resistance or weight training) at least twice a week.
Although, Physical activity is one of the best ways to keep your body and brain healthy. But, It relieves stress, improves mood, gives energy, helps with sleep, and can reduce the risk of chronic diseases, including dementia and depression.
